I have a payment that's been over a month, still pending. I get that it will be paid in the first week of December. I get that.

Why the hell can I not queue another payment? With this extremely long waiting time, you should be able to have more than one payment. At the rate this is going, I'll be lucky to get two payments in three months.

This is both ridiculous and unacceptable.

most likely the system will count it as a rebill which should not be a problem since both sales and rebills gives %60
