This topic serves as a general guideline for all members using the Hosting Market section in WJ. It's important that you continue reading as we define a basic set of rules that must be followed.

Sellers:
If you are selling hosting, always provide as many details as you can.
You may only open one thread for each section of hosting:
Shared Hosting Offers,
subforum_new.gif
VPS Hosting Offers,
subforum_old.gif
Dedicated Hosting Offers

If you have a sale, this does not mean you may open a new thread.
If you request your thread to be closed then you may wait a day
and repost a new updated thread.

Any hosting that doesn't allow warez linking is not allowed to be sold on WJunction. These threads will be closed without warning.

Buyers:

If your looking for hosting, feel free to ask questions and get feed back on
hosts and their services here on WJunction
subforum_old.gif
Hosting Discussions - but do not reply with nonsensical replies or attempt bump methods such as replying with "nice prices, great deal" etc...
These post will be removed and possible infractions given.

This is a test of the MrPeanut420 foundation this is only a test
tell me your feed back please lets get some better guide lines and rules in effect.

I think companies should be allowed two posts if they have offers which are completely different. eg If a company like WJ-Hosting has both onshore and offshore they should be allowed different threads if the owners wants.

If their completely different you could have one server or offer with terrible uptime or speed due to it's location etc while the other could have excellent reviews.

In this case it isn't fair on the seller to have both terrible reviews and excellent reviews in the one thread when their totally different. The bad reviews for one server could put people off buying the good server when it get's confusing which is which.

Just my opinion and only if the seller want to have it of course.

I agree with the rest of your points.

Would it be an idea to limit the number of replies before another topic has to be opened?

Some of them have too many to read through to find what you want, should they make offers on the original topic.

Well, there could be 1 main sales thread.
2 extra monthly thread like some special offers :)

That would be good indeed.

Well I am about to start offering Seedboxes and remote desktops. Can I post those? Since they are really not for warez but they are to support warez.

Other than that I like the rules

These rules are not yet effective, we are still discussing it.

This thread is merely a discussion started by a moderator because he had some concerns. So, till further notice, consider these rules nonexistent, you are welcome to discuss certain issues related to it if you'd like. Thank you.

Or you guys can delete all threads and have people make new ones (updated) Why should we keep threads that the owner has left 3 years ago or however long.
