i need a small Romania VPS
(or Russia or s.th. else but NOT germany, france, uk, netherlands, hungary, Ukraine).

i need s.th. thats located in Europe, so Voxilitys-Network would be very nice (though romania).

What i need:
HDD: 10Gb is enough
Bandwidth: ~2TB or better
RAM: 256MB should do the job
Unmanaged
no Control-Panel
OS: Debian
Virtualisation: Doesn't matter
Payment-Type: Paysafecard is nice to have, but paypal or credit-card will do
Monthly-Budget: as cheap as possible - not over 25$ per Month
SLA: 99% or better uptime

there will be no heavy load on this system.
if it's voxility and the host has the ddos-System activated (i don't need this)- it must provide me with a way to get the real IPs in nginx

I'm not trying. I will do this.
i've already have a few proxies running.
i really don't have to hide my real-IP. but since i don't have anymore public ip's availalbe i'll tunnel to my System using VPN and serving the content via nginx-reverse-proxy on the local (internal) network
