A scam website, they promised to move my site within a day as well set up my VPS and fix my problems.. but after I sent payment I never received any e-mail about the VPS nor he ever came on Skype anymore. Now it's been 3 days and I got nothing, but wasted my 15$! I want a FULL refund asap please. Not interested in your services anymore.

Yea I don't get it, why don't you set up my VPS first then export the database?

Your server was setup from the moment your order was placed.
The configuration of your VPS, Apache etc was setup after and then of course importing your files and database.
If you have a custom order (Which yours was) we don't send out the account details straight away since it can lead to misconfiguration of the VPS and services related to the operation of it.

Either way, the issue was with exporting your database which is why there was a delay. if you'd like this it is available BUT you will have to contact us soon wise it'll be removed from our network.
