1 gb port is more than 20$ alone, not to mention cpanel license which is i think around 15$. Cheapest 1gb vps is maybe knowinservers, but you will get what you pay for.

Haha, good luck trying to find one, this is pretty much impossible in my opinion. The most you'll get is, something oversold from some wacky company.
