Hello and Welcome to Wjunction Shart :), perhaps post an introduction in the intoduction section?

First impressions are good, nice clean design, Simple but nice Logo. Love the layout!.
Overall id say its a good site :). Keep it up bud! Although i strongly disagree with ads for a site, but thats just my particular oppinion.

Appearance of the forum?
The appearance of the forum is great, its easy to read and navigate.

How are the colours?
The colours are great, My favourite colour is blue too :P Does not go right in your face and doesnt strain em.

Fonts?
Good use of 1 or 2+ fonts, not too big and not too small, which is good.

Graphics?
Not a lot of your own graphics on there, personally the logo is very simple. Make it professional and eye catching!

Functionality?
Navigation is at the top for the different types of warez, easy to access.

Overall; Your site is great no major improvements needed. 8/10
