Bling Bling everywhere , moving text , buttons , UberL33T crap.

Disclaimer: Please don't take my choice of words to heart. They are simply describing what I see and advise.
First and for most, have a ® (The Registered Trademark Symbol) is a total turn off. Warez does not get a trademark, that's contradicting the idea of "warez".
Now lets move on down with the website:
1)The Banner; needs a lot of work, its another turn off on the website, don't have something so huge and demanding, make it simple and nice to represent what your site is about.
2)The colorful background takes all of the interests from the content and kills it. It draws too much attention to that and not to what you are providing which is the content.
3)There is no need for the date at the top of the website, we already know the date based on our computer, etc.
4)The whole navigation is messed up. You do not want to counter the already dark website with the same dark navigation, yes you may say its a tad bit lighter, but it needs to stand out from the website; to make people not think about what their directing themselves too.
5)You already have an image to try to drive guests to join the forum; don't over do it with the marquee text. I didn't register even, just because the fact that it makes your website look desperate. (I have other reasons, that will come in just a bit as well)
6)Once again, the blinking text, the different color text, the moving text for the board title's name and the pictures. Please stop. That does not work, it throws the whole website off even more than the header itself. Just have a general visual hierarchy for the whole website, unless you really need to display say a "VIP" section, then you could add a bit of color to deviate that category.

Really.....come on. This was the biggest turn off of all for this website. You just launched it and your just leeching posts to your website, that shows that you are not being original. Now I might not have such a big problem with that, I know you want your website to have a lot of content, but lets face it, for a fact, probably half of those what you posted are dead links and as soon as people get more and more of that, they will just move on to another website with better quality content.
8)There is absolutely no need for you to have the boards "private" or only for members. People will join if they like the content you provide, they just can't guess and assume you have good content just by the number of posts you have there. People might register, yes, I give you that, but its going to be again more than half of them leaving and not even having a second thought to come back once they see that, so might aswell not have a big blob of members being unactive and you trying to make your site look "popular". Just look "Members: 6,005, Active Members: 5,905" , its already beginning to happen, take a look again in the next 2 weeks and notice how that active member number ratio goes from being like a 1.9:2 to a 1:10 (1 being the active members).
There are a lot of work to be done on the graphics personally from what I saw (that's just because I'm a designer and I tend to notice these things). All if not most of the most successful website (i.e Warez-BB) has a nice color scheme, categorization, and nice staff with active members. Websites like those set a nice mood for the guests which make them register.
I hope you take into consideration with all of the things I've said because I took the time to critique the website. If you ever do fix up most of these things, etc. Send me a PM, so I can see what has been improved upon. I'm always here to give good advise and help.

anyways first of all i suggest u should stop all the marquee and blinking stuffs .That will make the forum decent.
though i like VIP section :P,but dnt overuse it .
