The skin looks alright but i don't kinda like the logo. Font colors and that little icon doesn't fit with forum colors.

the logo and the header are just two different things. you have to change one of them.

I would also make the 'blocks'between the categories another color, because it's now not good. Or you've don't do that, or you do it a bit more seenable.

I can start with the footer. I understand the idea but I hate the font.
I had to find my glasses to be able to read.
You have two user titles saying that you're the administrator, it's not necessary to have more than one.
Don't publish the banned lists of members, that's immature and childish.
Instead of having 8 forums for topics you're submitted to katz you should rather have one forum and 7 subforums.
No need to have "moderated by" under each section.
If someone's curious about who's a moderator they could just check the usergroups.
I don't like the "welcome guest" text you have, the font is to large and you don't need four lines of text.

A couple of things tho; maybe change the guest notice? not the words but the colours and centre it or something. Also, Is it possible to add maybe a white line around the forum and the catagories? just to separate it a bit.

Do that, and it will look awesome (imo)
