get rid of all those ads that big block on the header the big width the big length blah :| its a mess :) redo all 1/10 atm
 
My Review:
- I like the header, it's good.
- Remove the "You are not registered yet. Please click here to register" If they want to register, they will.
- Remove these icons: (http://warez-hacker.com/forumimage/announce.png) (http://warez-hacker.com/forumimage/NotePad.png) etc.
- Remove "Forums Led By:"
- Remove "8 Most Viewed Profiles" It's useless.
- Meh:

- Remove the icons before the Usergroups, they looks blah.
- Get a matching favicon.

I agree with what was said above and would like to also suggestion removing the 8 most viewed profiles, it's useless and just wastes space.

When I first loaded your page I thought the colour on the shoutbox background didn't flow with the website, then I scrolled down and saw it matched the forums but I don't think those match your theme really either. The top half of your site looks like a nice light gray theme but then it just gets over taken by darkness, this may not look bad if you would remove the icons on the forums like suggested that way there isn't as much darkness.

It sucks really.

You don't need forum icons on black-grey template.

You don't need those icons for usergroups.

You don't need that grungy retarded banner.

And you don't need that uber slow template.

There seems too many empty forums, get rid of few..
At the bottom Google Translate is not required...
Also remove the 8 profiles viewed most..
