Index page; Is it welcoming? Are there too many categories? Are there any mistakes? Are the colour combinations good? Mention something about the graphics used within the index page.

Logo; Is it a custom logo which looks good? Does it go well with the site? What changes could be made if it wasn't good? Is it a professional logo or was it a 2-minute-job?

Ok...wow.

1. The name of your website is ridiculously hard to remember.
2. It's really not visually appealing. It's rather ugly, I know that's mean...but, wow...it's just horrible. Try some new color schemes, expand the main area and make it wider, etc. The mishmash of header images and random crap at the top is like someone threw up on the screen. If you paid to have this designed then I'd suggest cutting off the designer's hands for creating such an abomination.

Anywho....

1. Expand the post area, it's wayyy too small.
2. In the title you have "Free Multilangue Downloads" --- it should be "Free Multilingual (or Multi Language) Downloads" (unless you were trying to say something else)?
