designed the theme myself
I love criticism, love to tweak/improve my websites

Few bits

Open web directory's, might want to disable that. eg http://thatfix.com/wp-content/uploads/
Make a 404 page, im sure the avenue theme comes with one, probably just need to make a 404 page within your admin.

like the auto scrolling loader thing too
