Its not bad but a few suggestions:
Remove blinking lines, there very distracting
Remove marqueeing text, replace it with a notice, etc
The top bit is too noticeable, id change colors and size
Also center that vote for SoulWarez Image
Skins okay but its a bit dark, you need one vibrant color to stick out
Good luck with the site

Change ur theme ,fevicon , logo and SOULWAREZ Announcement Block on the header try using a fluid style

Well a good way to get a stand out skin is to purchase one of Dominic's.
If you can spare $40-50 then go to that1design.com and check his skins out very unqiue and cheap for the quality of them.

The navbar is completely invisible apart from the donate button probably done on purpose but theres no need to do it cause it looks bad. If thats the case theres a register button on the navbar which you dont want to be hard to see
