For me, there are too much different pictures. The main page looks a little bit chaotic. Maybe you can think about creating a unique design and change the background.

Agree with you, I will try to find a way to decrease number of images on the home page.

It was an unique design. Do you think there is a better designer should I apply for it? do you have any recommendations?
