Well.. looking good. But premium user files should be never deleted And also i suggest to add the feature to optionally allow fileowners to let streaming the video files from your servers.

Well I'm very active and I put active users under a special "buff" and they will get unlimited stace on HDD and files will not be deleted

So yeah I was been thinking at website owners A mp4 and avi player is ready to use for this kind of users.
