What I think will make your site better:
1. Remove the follow registartion mini-bar (you will never have a higher ranking in any site, not just katz if you don't)
2. I think your categories needs a little work. For instance there is a download section (which is actually just the applications/software/ebooks section) and then there is a categorie that says Music/Movies. I don't think you shold group Music and Movies together, they each deserve their own forum.
Nice touch on the sponsers forum, its better then a header/bottom add. For some reason it actualy looks good on the forums.
+1 for your kick ass favicon.ico :D :D :D

Looks nice man I just don't like the Ads other than that nice colours for a warez site but fix up categories a little and add some cool features
