I'd maybe move your categories up to where the random posts are so people can access what ever it is they're looking for easier.

Like danger said, a logo and theme will go a long way.

I would recommend you not publish your full stories in your RSS feed, people can use feed readers and post all your posts to their forums easily if you provide them with the full information and links.

first of all get a new banner , get a favicon , and the site name "WarezHeaven" is already taken :P other times try to get more unique names. :P and you should remove the View My Stats Link on the bottom.
