I usually like dark skins yours is too big I think. Its ether that or you have a ton of forums. Make guests download section and submit to katz and you will get a ton of traffic. (if u have a guest download section it was hard to find or I wasnt looking hard enough).

Also id remove members online today until your site gets a little bigger. That makes i seem even more unactive, making guests not want to join. Also make the trash section un readible by guests. Why have old/trashed threads visible?
