Firstly,get a new skin.Also,this image http://techfreaks.in/forum/emeralld/misc/ad.gif isn't needed,you can simply put a text link instead.
Also some forums do not have a description,looks odd.
That's all from me.

I agree with Bang. Where are your descriptions? Some of your descriptions which surpisingly written looks like as if it were written by some 10 year old kid. You have too many buttons and text links cluttered up altogether. Remove the annoying and ugly "Rapidshare Accounts" banner.

To sum it up, the forum looks extremely unprofessional.
