Aesthetically: Lovely - seriously, looks very clean and pleasing to the eye, done very well....

SEO Optimization - Great - good text to code percentage, high word count, "Magazine Download" and "Magazine" Keywords utilized often but not TOO often , spot on..

However I have to agree with the ".us" domain for a warez site speculation, would HATE to see that go to waste over something petty, so I would recommend just trying to get it xfered to a gtld (something not so regulated)

Way too simplistic .. doesn't do anything for me. Poster are too large. I would think a grid theme (gridbox theme) would be better.
