Nice site with good traffic.
You need to work on the header, not looks good.
at the footer, you need to make the link-exchange box in center
About the favicon, make it to default text, coz wats moving there isnt clear.
Change the color of Administrator group, now its too dark.
After the Disclaimer at the bottom, i think u left so br tags there...too many new lines for no reason. removing them will be better.

i rate 6/10 nice site :D
 
Ads are only visible to guests ...and its not just 100k hits we were gettin 200k+ for a week continuously but i hv to format my server ...due to sme reasons...n bout banner it looks good to me..:D but suggestions first.....we are gettin 25+ registrations a day....and thnx guyz...for ur help :)....plz suggeest more...

We had a simple favicon i will replace the current with the previous one...and what in header and disclaimer didnt get srry :(

EDIT :Der is no xtra lines...disable ur adblock :P
 
ur getting around 2.9k Uniques, when you said 80k hits i thought you were reffering to unique users visiting your site i was about to say HOLY SH!T
 
well if you have that many visitors you should look into mass posting or else they will be leaving as quickly as they came cause the forum is literally empty atm
