I love the layout and the mascot(lazy to buy, music loving sheep. 10/10 on that). But i am not sure about the logo typography. Its good atm but it can be slightly better if you know what i mean. I liked the little video which you put up in the help page. Really a CUTE website. Also, the converter is very fast.
The extra controls are also properly taken care of.

Just take care of JS parsing during initial page load.

I must say, very impressive graphics! :)

It's rare to find a website affiliated with mp3 downloads which actually has a decent design - but your sites beautiful.

- P.S. did you design it? - who designed it?
 
masterrr you should consider making a real time transcoder instead then :P would be faster and less resources used up overall :)

Favicon, Mascot & Graphic - 10/10 .. Pretty Impressive. The Site got the Right color combination & everything.
Layout, Features - 10/10 .. The Layout is Great. Features, I love the Expert Modus features, bitrate, stereo/mono, Audio Volume(That's NEW) and idTag & Cover. AMAZING!
Speed - 9.5/10 - Loading time of the site was fine. But the Download & Conversion part on the server was INCREDIBLE. Took like 6 secs to Download & Convert a 3:46min Song. Fastest i have seen yet.

I will definitely use your site more & recommend it to my friends too :)
