-I'm not liking the text on the "one" slider on the homepage, it doesn't give the idea of a professional site.
-I checked one of your portfolio posts and it didn't work. http://i.imgur.com/lXrq69q.png - Is it just me? I tried others as well and none are working.
-G+ and LI buttons aren't linked, if you're not gonna use them, remove them.
-Not sure of the point of flicker on a coding services website.
-I'd add some live demos of your work, since you're offering coding services, all you've provided are images.

I've quickly changed that now so portfolio images are now loading up. I cant put live demos on the website or a link to site due to it being developed at the place where i work so cannot endorse the site to be mine when it isn't.
Social icons sorted out in the header.
I'm going to replace the Flickr feed with something else just don't know yet.
