its nice!
u have to make ur own unique theme. these themes are most common in all forums.
also try to submit to phaze.

The logo is not transparent and looks silly on the banner.

The shape of the navigation bar is wrong, you would imagine the page to come down at the sides of it, but it doesn't...

Having all that stuff in huge text doesn't do the theme any favors either.

The forum icons need to be changed and look at the footer, the copyrights need to be higher so they are centered, and couldn't you put your "no files on this server" message in it?
