Decent Logo.
Great Theme.
My suggestion for you is to make use of the nice domain you've got.
Warez is not a good idea for this domain, that too at this time of point.
Try something "KickASS!!" ;)

major part of this site will be dedicated to UFC Events, Wrestling, Extreme Sports etc...

I liked the logo and design atleast custom not like putting up some old theme and customizing it . So far Everything looks decent just remove that shoutbox from public , make it private .

Overall = 8/10
