My suggestion for you is to make use of the nice domain you've got.
Warez is not a good idea for this domain, that too at this time of point.
Try something "KickASS!!"

1 . Disable the shoutbox for guest .
2 . Get a clean logo .
3 . Fix your title

I liked the logo and design atleast custom not like putting up some old theme and customizing it . So far Everything looks decent just remove that shoutbox from public , make it private .
