First suggestion: Get off that free host and pay for your cyber space (a must if you follow suggestion 2).
Second suggestion: submit your posts to ddl sites like katz.cd.
Third suggestion: Try to make link exchanges with other sites. There will be some people here on WJ interested in that).
Fourth suggestion: After geting your own paid space, get a nice domain. (I couldn't see the use of using 'hotour' in the domain while your site is called 'hottour'.
