Looking for Feedback & Advice on My New Project
Hi everyone,I've been working on this project for quite some time, and it has been a fairly ambitious one for me. My goal is to build something that could, perhaps one day, become a replacement for HITBDSM, which disappeared some time ago.
I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at the site and share your honest feedback. I'd especially like to hear about any weaknesses, technical issues, design problems, missing features, or anything else you think could be improved.
I'm currently not at a stage where I can afford to spend much money on the project, so I also have a couple of questions for those with experience in this area.
First, what would you consider the best video hosting/streaming service at the moment? My main priorities are:
- Long-term video retention
- Good server performance and video quality
- Stability and reliability
- A decent free plan
My other big question is about promotion. What are some realistic and effective ways you would recommend to promote a new site like this? I'm particularly interested in methods that can work without a large advertising budget.
