I would suggest a new logo, also the font is a bit small and somewhat difficult to read. Maybe a different color other than light grey on white would be appropriate. Also, I noticed the Google ad box (with nothing in it currently), I believe Adwords are not very approving of this type of site so you may want to try a different ad network.
