I dont know how you get bored by seeing

What he means is.. . the site doesn't look interesting at first sight.
When new users visits your site for the first time, you only have about 10 seconds to capture their attention. If you fail to do so the first time, chances are they won't come back again.
When the page loaded for me, I didn't even know what the site was about. At first I thought it was an adult related site due to the name of the domain.
You need a tagline or slogan which would describe your forum telling users what your forum is exactly about.
The theme of your site is very important as well. Having a wall a text with no images or sense of style to a theme is a huge turn off for new visitors. If you're not sure how to theme a forum, the best thing to do is just create a nice header.

LOL as the domain does sound like a forum where hookers can be found
btw as every 1 suggested i would like u to change the theme (i told u alot of times before but u never agreed on it i hope these comments change your mind set)
i would suggest u to change the script to vb as your site looks a little bit too much into one another like it looks a little bit dull via using IP.Board
Based on the review i had changed the theme of the forum. So that we are looking more professional forum.
