My Review:
- Logo has too much glow and fireworks are too much.
- You are Unregistered, please register to gain Full access. <- I hate that. A lot.
- You've got three things that say to register. If they want to, they will. Remove some.
- Add a border=0 to these images (http://www.warez-max.com/images/misc/iconforums/2.png)
- Your footer, where the affiliates are and stuff, put it above the footer tcat.
- Favicon is kinda random.
- Remove shoutbox for guests.

Eh, too lazy to continue. 6.5/10.

Exel pretty much said it all, yet you only removed the fireworks. What's the point in requesting reviews if you won't improve the site according to them?

Your footer is really unorganised btw, I'd fix that first.

exel already told you everything what you should change - but i think you should get a new skin, this one is boring and i don't kinda like the colors.
