Domain Name : Good one (will fetch you good traffic)
Logo : Get a new logo mate
Favicon : Get a new one too

If you can change nav-bar structure to Tree structure type, it will look more professional
all and all looks great!
 
Have TLD on the same name, you will never be preferred by SE's over CF.COM
Looks like copy of l33ts too.

Well, give it your best shot and try not to leech without permission, you will good to go.
