Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve our website?

For me, the white text on the bright orange background is glaring and a bit difficult to read. Also, you may want to reduce the amount of "orange space" in the header, as bright colors are best to draw attention to a particular spot.

I've had several comments on the appearance of the site, so we've decided to change almost everything about it. See the below image for what we're thinking of so far for the re-design.
