https://porn.replaye.com/ is a new kind of porn website.

Upload & Host your files on cloud servers such as DigitalOcean, AWS, Wasabi, BackBlaze, GoogleCloud etc.
Import the direct .mp4 link into the Replaye website. We place advertisements on your videos and give you a cut of the proceeds.

What does this do?
Esentially we are decentralizing the videos among 100s of users & sharing the traffic from the website.

If you are interested sign up today, we already have 100's of users signed up and 1,000's of videos.

You can also sell videos, or charge users to view your channel.

Hi @EvArraya, I'd like to ask you a couple of questions if that's okay :)

1. How do you "share a cut" with uploaders? How do you count their ratio?
2. What do you mean by decentralized? I am not sure that users will be having control of the website as long as you have the reigns (domain, hosting, administrative account, etc).
3. Regarding the 2nd, does every user have the ability to place his own advertisements on self-uploaded videos?

I like the design and love the concept of profit-sharing but I'd like to know a bit more if you're interested in sharing :ox:

Good luck with this, I'd love to see this website gets appropriate attention. Mooooo :ox:

upload pirate porn on google and amazon servers ? FBI knocking on ur door next morning lol.
Could be on your own server. Any direct link works.

We have a monetization system with ads. Right now the ratio is at 0.00010 per view. When we get better advertisments we could raise the rates.

The bandwidth and traffic is shared between everyone and you control your videos. They're on your servers/cloud.

I upload my videos to backblaze.com and import the direct links on my account here: https://porn.replaye.com/@xVideos

The videos automatically post on Twitter as well via RSS feed.

Basically the more people use it, the more traffic everyone will get on their videos, it's decentralized. I just keep a backup of the database in case anything happens I could launch it right back up.

how is it decentralized when it is hosted on cloud servers.
Because it's not all hosted on one centralized server. 100's of users all host a piece of the website.

Even me as the admin, I can't actually take down your video. I could remove it from the website but you still have the direct link which can easily be reposted.

The user is in control of the content.

the cloud servers they are hosted on will just take them down. its not decentralized. I think you are confused about what it means

It sort of is. You don't need to use clouds, you could run an Ethernet line to you own server in your own home and host it using your own bandwidth.

I'm hosting hundreds of videos on backblaze, wasabi, digitalcoean not a single file was ever deleted.

It would also be very hard to pull down videos when theres 1,000's of users using 100's of different cloud providers. There's backblaze, microsoft azure, aws, google cloud. You could also buy a regular VPS, upload a video, as long as it's publically acesseble import it and your ready to go.

Any server capable of public access could be used.

I also set up: http://vid.replaye.com/

it's a video downloader with over 35 sources. You could upload a file to facebook or any of those sources, post the link to vid.replaye.com. It'll give you a new link you could then import that file into Replaye.

Here's an example of what people can do:

Here's a facebook video.

I put it into https://vid.replaye.com/

The website spits out 2 download options(These links will always link to the direct download)

Now you copy/paste the link and add #.mp4 to the end so you could import it into https://video.replaye.com/

Here is the result: https://video.replaye.com/watch/gtwEqzUdCErHcqT

There is potenital for 1,000's of sources. All i'm really hosting is images and links in a database.

It can be even more decentralized if people set up their own video downloading site: https://codecanyon.net/item/all-in-one-video-downloader-youtube-and-more/22599418

And then import using your own domains, but you could also use vid.replaye.com no problem.

The idea is people bring their own servers/host their own files and we all share the cost of bandwidth and traffic.

I also have a search engine for the website https://search.replaye.com/ it brings in traffic to the entire network.

I actually re tested the video imported facebook from above ^^ it doesnt work. It eventually goes down.

Either way there's ways to host videos on lots of different websites and link them.
