Remote Upload Torrents

Hi everyone, i just wanted to ask if some one know file host which allow you to remote upload torrents like those 2 FIleHOst FileFactory and Letitbit
but you need to be premium in them, any one know other file host that allow them for free?

Download via Torrentflux and upload them via Rapidleech..

Some people are selling TF + RL packages..
