I need a remote desktop to download/upload.
I upload to rapidshare mainly so i need decent speeds on it.
I need uTorrent and winrar and possibility of install applications (bymyself or requesting it).

I´m searching for something like:
Disk space: 25 GB
Bandwith: 1Tb/month or better
Switch Port: 100 MB/s or better
OS: windows (XP/Server)
Max price: 15$/month

All will depends on what you offer... i want to change because my actual RD provider has an overloaded system and is unstable, to not speak about how many times he change the server location and i lost all my files.
