First post ammended. Please refrain from using large font-sizes and multi-colored fonts for the sake of attention. You got our attention. We're reading the post -_-
 
When I try to make the ticket for the trail, it says I need an account but when I go to make one it tells me I'm not allowed.

Learn to whois correctly his main site is hosted with godaddy's. Alot of hosting provider do this as if there is downtime aleast you know you'll still get support from them. Good Luck with your sales. Then other note aleast he's using an Authorized WHMCS License unlike you.
