Hello, I need some advice about hosting, will be for a WordPress blog, content: "warez-linking" and some adult content, so it has to be off-shore, in Netherlands or something, a host good quality, with many options. (cPanel, phpmyadmin, and other "cool" web development tools like that)
blog traffic and the goal is, Latin America and Spain, (Spanish blog) warez content (movies, series, anime and stuff like that), but only a link sharing site. no host file.
I have read many threads here, and most pepole recommend these servers:

Which of these would be the best option for my project?
Do I need a domain also, I can not decide between name.com or namecheap.com?
Namecheap has a great offer, whois protection, comodo securty, included in the registration of a domain
Name.com seems only offer domain registration
both at the same price, which one offers better tools for werez web (better when more anonymous
