Recommend me a reliable provider

I'm looking for a VPS provider who can offer me the following:
- at least 1Gbps link
- 1 Gb dedicated ram
- I don't need too much hdd space, even 1 Gb would do
- (truly) unmetered bandwith
- Ubuntu
- Payment with AlertPay

I've tried several providers the past months but none of them were really reliable. Price is a factor but not the main one, I'm looking for a provider where i could buy 10-20 of the above package and I don't have to worry about that they will be gone by tomorrow

Any recommendations?

@Tyon actually it does exists. I'm renting my servers from tagadab.com which provides true unmetered bandwith, but its in the UK which is no good for me for this project.

I'm looking for vps in NL, FR or similar (you know the deal)
 
@Webcs-Peter one vps should be around $30, but I'm planning to buy a bunch of them. my budget is pretty flexible, as I stated in my first post money is not my main concern but reliability

There Site does not state any Unmeterd Plan .
Also if they are use UK server , it must be redstation.
But if you are looking for europe location , its difficult to get true unmetered gbit server. Unless are want to pay 1000 euros + for it.
