Recent Scammed Need Payza Support Help? [Updated]

After 15 days they respond me i must say they are not serious with verified customers but they are serious with the scammer exchanger dispute closed no action take against the exchanger action is only against me great justice by Payza support.

Exchanging funds is in direct violation of our User Agreement and may result in the suspension of your account. The seller in question does not have the available funds to provide you with a refund.

Payza will not take action against your account as this is your first time performing such a transaction. Please refrain from participating in any further unauthorized exchanges.

Please see https://www.payza.com/legal-agreements/terms-and-conditions-international for further information on activities not allowed by Payza.

Sincerely,

Resolutions Department

@sahil00150 Are you mad? Remove the personal and bank details from your post.

Also why did you use an ex-changer who runs business on a blogspot blog. You could have searched on google for exchanger reviews and ratings before making a deal.

you better remove your personal bank account number along with ur real name etc, would be good for u

Your first mistake: Using an exchanger that is not verified by payza.

What were you thinking? E-currency exchange is one of the best ways to scam people and finding reliable exchangers is the key. Yet you trusted someone without confirming if they are a verified exchanger or not. This is a list of verified exchangers which payza themselves have approved

https://www.payza.com/support/payza-authorized-exchangers

Dont trust anyone other then the companies listed above.

Your second mistake: Choosing an exchanger that has a blogspot website + a free domain

Didn't it seem suspicious to you that an exchanger would use a free domain + free hosting to perform transactions that can be in three or four figures. If they dont have enough money to get a custom design + domain then they are a 100% scam.

As far as your money is concerned you should consider it lost. Payza doesn't authorize using any exchanger other than the ones listed on their site (they can even terminate your account as you breached their TOS) . This is from their terms of service

thanks cloudshadow for your great help but if you can understand roman urdu see what he write in chat well lets hope for good i know payza will not do anything last year same thing happen with me but they never resolve that dispute.

Just be careful next time. Stick to official exchangers only. Their rates might be higher but atleast you will get your money. Also, tell payza to freeze that guy's account and his money. I'm sure they would be able to do that.

p.s: please remove your name from the above screenshots. This is a public forum and not regarded very highly by copyright trolls.

sahil00150 contact Payza to make the transfer reversible

And if possible call them you can find phone number from this link https://www.payza.com/support and tell your ticket id if you have already submitted the dispute so it can be processed soon

And next thing just report the blog to Google so the blog get's removed

And next thing never perform an exchange unless they have a high reputation or verified exchanger If you are doing an exchange

just exchange a smaller amount like $10 at a time

As CloudShadow mentioned that it is against their TOS and it is Upto Payza to decide weather the amount is needs to be reversed

or not. And if you have a verified account you might have a chance to get your money back.

Good luck i hope you get your money back.

Thanks dear for your helping reply

Already reported His BLOG, Facebook Page, Twiter Page its request if you guys all report his BLOG, Facebook, and Twitter this will safe the others to get scammed by him.

His Blog Keyword is very easy, lots of people search this Keyword on daily basis

if you write the keyword "Payza To Skrill" you will get his blog on 1st page

Great justice by them guys see this proof and open a scammer exchange service and scam users of payza they wont help users they love scammers.

Enough with the nonsense, they don't love scammers, you're just a naive fool who went and sent their money to a total stranger without doing any kind of research. Plus, Payza clearly stats:

If you attempt to transfer funds with an e-currency exchanger not authorized by Payza, you will be in violation of our User Agreement and, as a result, your account may be terminated.

I'm sorry you lost your money, but lesson learned. You're lucky they don't terminate your account all together.

but dear the main thing scammer is still enjoying why there is no rule for that guy who is exchanging money. i really dont need my money just wanna say that please take legal actions against him.
