Cup + Ram : i guess all of them offer quad + 8gb ram

500gb+ Space
1/2 Gbps ( Softlayer or Evoswitch )

* Good Rar speeds ( No HDD overloads etc.. )

ONRDP they are the best, just get a trial account and see yourself. I have been using ONRDP for nearly 4 monhts. Believe me 0 downtime. they are great. btw I am not an affilate of ONRDP. just a user
