I don't see any ''Custom made icons''. Anyway, add a favicon to start. Why are their two strips of menu's? You have the first one which has: Katz, Register, Today's Posts, Members List, Calendar & Search and then you have another under it with Register, Community Calendar, Today's Posts , Search which aren't needed. Keep the top one but add some sort of roll over to the buttons.

Then you have Notices and Welcome to the W4REZ4LIF3. I think you could get rid of Notices and put it into Welcome to the W4REZ4LIF3. If you keeping it put a space between 30 & games and make the last word register bold and a link to the register page and center it all.

It would be nice if you could add a red heading to Top 5 Stats like you have for the others or add it to the What's Going On? part.

Otherwise I like the site and skin. Best of luck with it.

What is a "Favicon"?

And the skin looks bland because I added some costom made "New thread" button and etc.. And everything is not done. I'm working on the status icons, stay tuned ;)

If your keeping that icon open it in Photoshop and remove the black background and then save it as a transparent png or a gif. That black background around the icon looks shit and it's very pixilated. Are you sure you just didn't add a color filter or color overlay to the warezlobby's one. That's not very original :(

A favicon is a tiny image beside the name of the site on the browser tab..... hard to explain really, just Google it.
