i actually do not doubt the technical side i.e hardware.

hi! can i get a refund pls.

after using it for few hours, it doesnt suit my needs, the hardware is awesome rar/unrar fast but downloading via torrent is slow hence my post and uploads are delayed for few minutes. also, wupload doenst work on Filezilla because the server is uk-based, i cant upload via FTP.

no ZOOM uploader either, the Tech support w/c is helpful and friendly btw says will install it but it will be another hours of testing for me and will not make it for the full refund time allocation if it didnt work.

im basing my cancellation only on slow Torrent speed and WUpload issue.
