it's great I found your here in WJunction Silent.Hunter, I want to buy 1 Basic Plan for RDP slot. But for some complicated reasons, I can't use any of those given payment methods, I rather pay by WMZ (it's what Files hosters like Fileserve, Filesonic, Wupload are using) or Credit Card (Of course I'll provide you any proof like IDs, Driver License if it's for fraud protection).
So, please let me know as soon as possible.
P/s: btw, what's the different between the normal RDP plan ($24/month) and encoding RDP ($34/month) ?

Looking good, going to order now if i get quick answer.
If i need some extra codecs or software how can i install it? Megui is main software i will use it's preinstalled?
 
I must say I'm not happy with this one...
Something wrong with RDP and support not cooperating they just giving admin rights to solve on my own.

Situation when i must reconfigure all codecs every time i connect to RDP not acceptable. I can't concentrate on my work, must always debug whats wrong with codecs or where gone some filters.

Some users in RDP have admin rights to i think and after they install something my codecs messing up, and this happening second day in row now. Yesterday i even unable to run Megui (some one uninstalled codec pack...this is unbelievable)
 
And one more thing, when i asked about refund option (if they can't solve problems) some support guy replied: Your money is not going anywhere

have to agree on which version of MeGUI/programs used by all users, that works 100%
if we all use different versions of the coder / decoder all going to have problems.

Until yesterday I worked all to perfection, had installed a codec missing and others were removed.

Today I meet other video codecs installed and also over each other. O.O , MeGUI not working and VirtualDubMod works with many errors T.T
 
You all have the admin rights mate, what else you want me to do ?

Apparently making users the admin is the issue here as the other users remove / change the codecs.

Tell me what you suggest and I will do accordingly :\

@kiladila - By that I meant, you dont need to worry about the money, if I cant figure out the solution, you will be given a full refund, there is no doubt about that. You have made a wise decision to choose the best server config at an affordable rate, so don't undo it before trying to work out a solution. Don't you agree ? :)
