RDP with specifique budget

i've an account RDP with R2hosting.com but as they declare closing down theire service after some problems with the datacenter so i find myself now without RDP to work & all my paiment are in pending status in uploaded & ryushare.

So now i need a RDP service with specifications :

RAM : 16gb
Port Speed :1Gbps Up/Down
HDD : between 50-100Gb

My actual budget is : 8$ payza

what you recommand me

I would recommend that you raise your budget or lower your expectations in regards of specification.
