Looking for RDP which accepts public torrent. Speed doesn't matter, I can work with slow speed.

I am mainly into legal torrenting and upload public domain pictures,movies, software or max to max freeware software [So u need not to worry about DMCA Requests]. Indian RDP owners will be preferred as it will be bit easy to transfer funds.
