1) Netherlands
2) France
3) USA
4) Germany

I think NL is the best, with LW being one of the major provider in NL, and LW has a HUGE network which really helps. I used to get 100 MB/s download speed from LW's NL to a US 1 Gbps server. So I guess it does have great upload speed to US as well and of course, no need to mention about its speed in the EU region, it's already fast!

What kind of major file hosts? Can you write down the names, I would like to know :D I'm guessing you're talking mostly about the EU hosts.

FR gives 5MBPS Transfer Rate to Depositfiles via FTP (Filezilla). As per my experience.

For most eu hosts NL is the best. If you use FF, then NL is a must.

I feel france for 2 reasons

Servers in France have almost 40% Less Cost than Netherlands so FR RDP is cheap
France have good bandwidth like barely you will feel 2-5 MB/s Speed Drop (Even Rise Depending on server location). So unless ur a 1337 Uploader who posts releases 30secs after pre.

Also no-one can beat FR for p2p location as seedbox

FR would be perfect
