hello im a newbie and i need help.
Which is the best RDP (remote desktop). I need Europe plan.
Can i download torrent with this or how it works??

A RDP is a user account driven on a server. You can login and access it like its your desktop. In the RDP you can download torrent/ files and upload them back.
There are different hosts out there but you will have to look through them to see which one fits your situation.

you also have Windows VPS where you have full control and can install\unistall programs. on a rdp your account is limited... but the connection metthod is the same
