Good rdp server with full root access / Admin needed asap
budget $40
as much space as possible 400gig + ideal
fast connection
must be over 2gig of ram dedicated

is this possible (ive been with 100tbh) but the server itself was a bit slow for my liking

Where are you located? I feel it's the ping that's messing up with your experience with the server. If you're far away from or have bad connection to Netherlands, yea, even their 4 GB RAM plans won't be good for you (even 16 GB).

Sir,
From experiences tab in RDP select lowest speed and quality of colors. You should get better speed. Please let me know if you required more help.
