Hey guys,

Bytecode, please also tell the people that we've given you 5 days free of charge on your service and 25 GB free space! On top of that the OS was an error on your side, we told you that it would take time. An OS reinstallation is not a minor issue, it is a work of an hour and while we do it the HDD gets overloaded because of it and other users will be complaining.

Other people having low speeds, these servers really are 1 Gbps, you can check your uplink speed, the problem we are coping with right now an which also causes the low rarring speed, is the IO usage. We are looking for a solution, though it's going to be hard since most HDD's already contain a minimum of 4-5 VPSes.

For the 2 people that are asking for a refund, you will be refunded but you will wait your time, there are like 50 other clients and the golden rule still is first come first serve.

1st thing , i did not made any mistake , i only asked you to change my os , re installation and changing is a part of normal operation , most host usually provide control panels for that task , but since you did not , ive contacted the support for the reason,

2nd which free space are you talking about? and they only said 3 days not 5 , which would be normal ofcourse since im unable to use my vps for last 2 days and 24 hours just for the setup!

Ok even if agree with you on tha HDD overloading issue , i dont think that assigning ip adress would take 24 hours

Hey Bytecode,

With the mistake I mean you ordered an OS that is not capable of running on the package you use because the functions you want do not have sufficient ram available. And I've checked it, you were assigned 5 days free of charge, not 3.

We're not just talking about assigning an IP, there's much more than that on the back end.

I'm interested to try your services but it seems that you are not replying. By the way, will I have administrator rights on this one? Is it a fresh installed VPS? Thanks

We are active and here to help you out. But sometimes it may occur that a ticket about downtime for example is not answered but only closed after a few days. This is not because we are inactive. Myself I work with an Android phone, I got the WHMCS app and I am notified within 5 minutes when there's a new ticket. This means that when it's urgent and I'm awake I will immedialtly resolve issues when for example a server is down.

And Invisible121, you will have admin rights and the VPS is fresh installed.
