Sorry I have no idea. This is my first time trying out RDP(I've been using RL). But just to update, I received my account and atm the speeds are great :D

Edit: I have an issue with something please check ticket #265158 when you have time thanks.

I don't want to say any people scam,but when will I and the other guys who ask for refund get them?We still haven't got them though you have agreed them for many days.

Upload speed to fileserve is very slow.. average is 700kb/s sometimes 1mb/s max. Not sure if it is filezilla or I need to use another upload program to make it faster.. Anyways please help. thanks

Fileserve limits the speed of FTP per file at 1-1.5 MiB/s.
Best way to upload is by http (file&image upload, or RL).
 
Hey guys,

It's indeed FileServe that is limiting the FTP speed, you can use Zoom without admin rights.
For the language in FileZilla, you can edit in the settings, it is user dependend.

I don't think they are scammers, but their support is very slow... It has been 15 hours since I sent in a ticket and still no response. Basically a day of uploading gone..I hope I don't have to wait 24 hrs..

You will be refunded within 24 hours after all your false accusations are cleared from this thread. Yesterday a user took all space on the C drive which caused the server to be jammed and which costed a lot of stress for me, did you ever see me saying about that in the maximum font? If yiu think we scam open up a paypal dispute, and dont asked for negative attention.

@fsowner: I just told him what the problem is and I did it without the words crap or fuck, perhaps you now understand my point in the other thread.

Pending over 10 days no active after paid is "normal"?

No response for many days after you agreed the refund ticket is "normal"？

I will never "clean" those before you give the refund.

If you aren't scammer,you should give the refund without any requirement because you have agreed the refund for many days.
